BEWARE OF JOB SCAMS!!!

I gonna talk about JOB SCAMS today.

To all of you who are looking for jobs, both full and part time, on permanent or temporary basis or even on contract basis, or even those work from home jobs where you stuff envelopes with catalogs or even data entry jobs or maybe even some typing jobs from home.

You may be fresh after graduation, or maybe want to look for better prospects, or maybe have some spare time at home or maybe got laid off by the company you worked.

Please, by all means, beware of scammers out there! Bogus companies and job hunting agencies are just too many out there just waiting to make you part away with some hard earned cash!

What makes me wonder is that despite many complaints, these companies or even people still exist to this very day. They are happily making money out of us by cheating and swindling.

I am sure you must have heard of companies which offers you part time jobs where you work from home, as long as you have a PC with internet access and you get paid for typing out forms or data. How about that H$#@& guy whom some of you may know who promises you that he is the only genuine guy in the whole wide world who pays you RM1.00 for every envelope you stuff with a catalog. How do these scammers make money?

Simple. They will tell you to pay them first for their services - some sort of administration and processing fees. Usually it is RM 170.00 or RM 189.00. It has been reported that some agencies have even charged up to thousands of ringgit! If it is an agency, they will ask you go to the agency to meet up with a person who asks you to fill up forms, then makes photocopies of your IC and certificates, probably and even ask for your photos. All this is drama to look professional and genuine only. Then finally they ask for your money. They sound very genuine. Then you pay the money to them and they say they will call you. They will never call you. You have to call them probably few hundred times when suddenly, one day, the phone number you have been calling cease to exist. You go over to the agency and realise they have moved! Sound familiar?

This guy by the name of Hairy who makes everyone believe that he can pay RM1.00 for every envelope which is stuffed with catalogs doesn't have an office. He works from home. He has a business registration number. I will check the validity of his license next week. You pay him some fees so that he can prepare the package which enables you to start your 'business' right away. Some people who have been conned have reported that what they received is actually an instruction to repeat what Hairy is doing. I hope more people out there can come forward and share your experiences about this stuffing envelopes business. He says a person can make several thousands of ringgit from this business. If that is true, why does he ask for money beforehand? He should do the business himself since it pays so well, right?

Remember people, you look for jobs to get paid and you should not pay to get a job and get paid in return! So, as long as they are people out there who can be cheated so easily, they are bound to be crooks who want to make easy money out of us. Someone has done a research on this and has come out with a list of scammers. I will be posting this list in 2 days time. In the meantime, all of you who have experienced losing money to these scammers, please drop a line or two and tell us what happened. Maybe we can save many others from falling into similar traps.

Hi Guys!!!!!!!!!

Wow!!! I am back!!!
